These clinics are designed to help you:

They are not treatment planning sessions.

Recording is not permitted.

Premium Live Clinics are live-only sessions.

Audio recording, video recording, screen recording, transcription tools, or redistribution of content discussed during clinics is not allowed.

Members who record or redistribute clinic content may have Premium access revoked.

Case Submission Guidelines

Cases must be submitted in advance to be considered.

Submission does not guarantee review.

Confidentiality & Professional Responsibility

Case Submission

  • How to Submit a Case

    Submit cases using the provided form at least 48 hours before the clinic.

    Include:

    - the decision you are stuck on

    - what changed or triggered uncertainty

    - current level of skin stability (your observation)

    - what you are considering and why

    Do not include:

    - full treatment plans

    - medical history

    - diagnoses

    - product brand names (unless essential for context)

    - identifying client information

  • Appropriate Case Examples

    ✔ “Skin worsened after initial improvement — unsure whether to pause or support.”
    ✔ “Client tolerates actives intermittently — unclear if tolerance is eroding.”
    ✔ “Botanical-heavy routine causing subtle irritation — unsure if load is the issue.”
    ✔ “Barrier recovery seems incomplete — unsure when to reintroduce correction.”

  • Inappropriate Case Submissions

    ✘ “What product should I use?”
    ✘ “Can you diagnose this condition?”
    ✘ “What treatment plan would you recommend?”
    ✘ “What would you do for this client?”

    Cases that request answers instead of reasoning will not be reviewed.

  • During the Live Clinic

    You can expect:

    - discussion framed around decision logic

    - multiple cases reviewed per session

    - shared learning across scenarios

    - clear boundaries and time limits

    You may ask clarifying questions, but the goal is pattern recognition, not individualized instruction.

  • Confidentiality & Professional Responsibility

    - Do not share identifying client information

    - Respect the privacy of cases discussed

    - Use insights responsibly within your scope of practice

    These clinics support professional judgment, not replacement of clinical responsibility.

  • No. Observation is valuable. You are welcome to attend without submitting a case.

  • Not all submitted cases are reviewed live. Patterns from submissions may be addressed collectively.

  • Clarifying questions are welcome during the clinic. Follow-up outside the session is not available.

  • No. These clinics are live-only to protect privacy and decision integrity.

  • Yes. Do not share identifying client information, and do not redistribute clinic discussions.

  • Clinics are optional. No make-ups or summaries are provided.
