Membership Agreement & Terms of Use

SCOPE OF MEMBERSHIP

The Professional Esthetics Decision Lab is an educational, decision-support membership designed for professional reflection and judgment development.

This membership does not provide:

  • medical advice

  • diagnoses

  • treatment plans

  • protocols

  • product prescriptions or recommendations

All content is educational, conceptual, and reflective in nature.

Members acknowledge and agree that:

  • all professional decisions remain their sole responsibility

  • the Lab does not replace clinical judgment, licensure requirements, or professional accountability

ELIGIBILITY & VERIFICATION

Access to the Professional Esthetics Decision Lab is restricted to:

  • licensed estheticians, or

  • currently enrolled esthetics students

Membership access is granted only after verification of licensure or enrollment.

Submission of false, misleading, incomplete, or unverifiable information may result in:

  • delayed approval, or

  • immediate denial or removal of access

FEES, REFUNDS & ACCESS

Membership fees are refundable only if access has not yet been approved following verification.

Once access has been approved and granted:

  • all membership fees are non-refundable

Removal or termination due to violation of membership terms does not qualify for a refund.

LIVE DECISION CLINICS — RECORDING & DISTRIBUTION

Live Decision Clinics are live-only professional experiences.

Members agree that:

  • recording of any kind is strictly prohibited

  • this includes screen recording, audio recording, transcription tools, screenshots, or redistribution of content

Violation of this policy may result in:

  • immediate removal from Premium access, or

  • termination of full membership without refund

CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

Members agree to:

  • avoid sharing identifying client information during discussions

  • maintain professional confidentiality at all times

All content, discussion, and materials shared within the membership are intended for professional education only and must be treated as confidential within the community.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

The Professional Esthetics Decision Lab is a professional space.

Members agree to engage with:

  • respect

  • professionalism

  • appropriate boundaries

The following behaviors are not permitted:

  • harassment or hostility

  • repeated scope-pushing

  • boundary violations

  • attempts to extract personalized medical or clinical advice

Such behavior may result in removal from the membership without refund.

NO SUBSTITUTE FOR LICENSURE OR FORMAL TRAINING

This membership does not replace:

  • formal esthetics education

  • licensure requirements

  • hands-on or supervised training

Members are solely responsible for:

  • practicing within the scope of their license

  • complying with local, state, and jurisdictional regulations

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within the Professional Esthetics Decision Lab is protected intellectual property.

Members may not:

  • copy

  • reproduce

  • distribute

  • share

  • teach from

  • train from

  • monetize

any portion of the content without explicit written permission.

Membership access grants a limited, non-transferable license for personal professional use only.

TERMINATION OF ACCESS

The Professional Esthetics Decision Lab reserves the right to:

  • suspend or terminate access

  • revoke membership privileges

for violations of this agreement or misuse of content.

All decisions regarding access termination are final.
