The Professional Esthetics Decision Lab is a decision-based educational membership.

It does not provide:

medical advice

diagnoses

treatment plans

protocols

product recommendations

All content is educational and reflective in nature.
Members remain solely responsible for all professional decisions made in their practice.

ELIGIBILITY & VERIFICATION

Access to the membership is restricted to licensed estheticians and current esthetics students.

Membership access is granted after verification of licensure or enrollment.

Submission of false, misleading, or unverifiable information may result in removal from the membership.

REFUNDS & ACCESS

Membership fees are refundable only if access has not yet been approved following verification.

Once access is approved and granted, membership fees are non-refundable.

Removal due to violation of membership terms does not qualify for a refund.

LIVE CLINICS — RECORDING & DISTRIBUTION

Live Decision Clinics are live-only experiences.

Recording, screen recording, audio recording, transcription tools, screenshots, or redistribution of clinic content is strictly prohibited.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from Premium access or full membership.

CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

Members agree not to share identifying client information during discussions.

Content shared within the membership is intended for professional education and must be treated as confidential within the community.

BEHAVIOR & CONDUCT (DO NOT SKIP THIS)

This membership is a professional space.

Members agree to engage respectfully and professionally.

Harassment, hostility, boundary violations, repeated scope-pushing, or attempts to extract personalized advice may result in removal without refund.

NO SUBSTITUTE FOR LICENSURE OR TRAINING

This membership does not replace formal education, licensure requirements, or hands-on training.

Members are responsible for practicing within the scope of their license and jurisdiction.

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within the Professional Esthetics Decision Lab is protected intellectual property.

Members may not copy, distribute, reproduce, share, teach, train from, or monetize any part of the content without written permission.

Membership grants access for personal professional use only.

TERMINATION OF ACCESS

The Professional Esthetics Decision Lab reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this agreement.

Decisions regarding access termination are final.
