How to Work With Me
Advanced Esthetics Education with Robyn Runyan
Who This Is For
I work with esthetics schools, spas, clinics, and professional groups that value:
High standards of safety and scope integrity
Advanced technique grounded in judgment, not shortcuts
Calm, confident instruction
Education that elevates practitioners long after the class ends
My programs are designed for licensed professionals who want to refine skill, decision-making, and professional confidence.
❋ What I Provide
I deliver live, in-person advanced esthetics education built on over 20 years of hands-on experience as an esthetician, educator, herbalist, and homeopath.
My education emphasizes:
Technique precision
Safety and contraindication awareness
Skin assessment and decision frameworks
Ethical, non-inflammatory practice
Real-world application in the treatment room
All curriculum is proprietary and delivered live.
❋ Training Formats
I offer one-day advanced trainings (up to 6 instructional hours) for:
Esthetics schools / educational institutions
Spas, clinics, and practice teams
Private groups of licensed practitioners
Each class includes demonstration, guided hands-on practice, and professional assessment.
❋ Teaching Fees
I work on a flat teaching fee, based on the setting and scope of the training.
Esthetics Schools / Institutions: $3,000 per teaching day
Spa / Clinic / Practice Teams: $2,500 per teaching day
Private Groups / Independent Practitioners: $2,000 per teaching day
A teaching day includes up to 6 hours of instruction.
❋ Payment & Scheduling
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures the class date
Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the training
Minimum enrollment of 8 students is required
Travel and lodging (if applicable) are billed separately and approved in advance
Important Boundaries
To protect educational quality and intellectual property: Curriculum materials may not be recorded, photographed, or redistributed Teaching rights are not granted Materials may not be reused or adapted for future trainings Student acknowledgment forms are required for participation These boundaries ensure consistency, safety, and professional integrity.
Class Size & Instructional Standards
All trainings are intentionally designed as small-group, hands-on education.
To ensure every participant receives proper guidance, correction, and professional assessment:
Trainings are limited to 12 students per Lead Educator
Groups of 13–20 students require an Assistant Instructor
Classes larger than 20 participants are not delivered in a hands-on format
These limits protect the quality of instruction, student outcomes, and safety standards.
They also ensure that education is delivered as promised — not diluted.
What This Education Is Not
It is not a quick certification mill
It is not a product-focused sales training
It is not designed for unlicensed individuals
It is not recorded or repurposed
This education is intentionally delivered live to support judgment, nuance, and hands-on correction.
After the Class
Students are encouraged to continue developing their professional thinking through my Professional Decision Vault and educational podcast, which support estheticians in navigating complex decisions in practice.
These resources are educational support—not sales requirements—and are offered as optional next steps.
